I'm being stalked by Verizon
In the 10+ years I have been with Verizon I have never recieved any correspondence with regards to advertising. All of a sudden (3 times within a month) I've received 2 text and an e-mail telling me I qualify for an upgrade to a new smartphone.
Hmmmm.... could it be that they are trying to get me off my unlimited data plan? NEVER!!!!!

I only have one line.... I went to a VZ store to play with the Moto M and decided I like my Razr better. What attracted me to the M was the size. I'm not a fan of the bigger phones but looking at the M it seems like a good phone but not worth losing my unlimited data and more importantly there is nothing wrong with my Razr. So I'm staying put.

Verizon Employees- Help!!!
Need some help/info. Currently I have a Motorola Razr with an unlimited data plan. I just tried to upgrade to the Motorola M and was told that I would lose my unlimited data plan. Is this true?
I thought the only folks with an unlimited plan would lose it if they were coming from a 3G device or going to the iPhone 5. Am I incorrect? The rep said this changed sometime in June 2012.....

I received my new phone yesterday but sadly VW did not include a new SIM card and they killed off my old one. So I had to call customer service and they are over nighting me a new SIM card. Rep was really nice and even gave me a $10.00 account credit for the mix up.
So hopefully I'll have my phone working tomorrow.

The replacement is on it's way..... I know this sound incredibly silly but Im more upset that I have to start Angry Birds all over again. I play this while I take the train to work and I was on level 7 with 3 stars in every level. Found all the bananas and pineapples too.

I did look into the Charge but the Phonescoop reviews state that the phone feels like cheap plastic, call quality is not so good and the Samsung updates are lacking. So I shyed away from this one. And yes the AMOLED is an awesome screen with great color.

I just got back from NYC and noticed this. I'm so sorry about your DROID and I feel your pain. I was on the phone ordering my Droid the first day it came out and had it in my hot little hands the next day. Thats when things took an ugly turn.... I did not have the screen problems you had but my screen was so sensitive that it would type 3 -4 of a letter ...
Droid X- Senstivity
I just got the Droid X and the screen is way too sensitive. I am not touching the screen very hard and the letters or numbers I push multiply. I called Verizon and Motorola and they have no fixes. Has anyone else experienced this (I know we all just got ours) but I'm trying to avoid returning the phone due to the back order. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a Time Warner Roadrunner account, I think lawman101 is right that its just the way things are. I was more worried that I'd have to replace the BB. I think what happended was I was on vacation and had more time to pay attention to how long it took to receive the notification because clearly this has been going on all along.

HELP!- BB Curve Email Question

Recently I've noticed that I am not getting an email notification on my BB Curve until about 10 - 15 minutes after the email was sent to my provider. I will see that my internet provider received the email lets say 7:00 PM but I am not getting the notification on the BB until about 7:10 - 7:15 PM.
Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? I have to assume that when I send ...

Hi bought this phone when it came out and just love it. However I noticed that when you receive a call you can silence the ringer by pushing the volume button on the side (as most phones offer). But when the chime from the voice mail message comes on you can silence this part. YIKES, am I doing something wrong?
