How does I get my phone to be recognized so I can transfer contacts and datebook? I put the software in and all it does is try to initialize...is there a setting on the phone that needs ahjusted? Also, is there an email client to receive email?

I bought the Moto Mobile office kit and it does not recognize the 815 as a model. And just keeps trying to "initialize". I bought the one with the data cable. Any suggestions?

Is the extra $ worth it for an 815 if my main concerns are reliability and bluetooth?
