when your virgin mobile phone says the network has "Network Gremlins" and you downloaded a ringtone, than that just means there was an error sending your ringtone from your computer to your cell, this has happened to me MANY times and i would just say forget about downloading from your computer and download directly from your phone, plus it is alot faster and more effective, HOPE I WAS A HELP! :wink: --CHRIS
