Re: Purchasing from Best Buy and Radio Shack through Sprints EYE's

Get rid of your mail-in-rebates for starters... now that would be a huge improvement. Your customer flow would increase a lot. Get a better trade in program, at Radioshack I got 250 dollars worth of trade in credit for my iphone 3GS 16gb towards the new evo, and used that 50 on accessories, plus they also gave me another 20 dollar credit, so in total 70 dollars worth of credit towards accessories or anything. As of right now I ...

but you also charge extra $$$ for the mail in rebate, and also the person you're speaking with is now a sprint customer. wait, what were you complaining about again? oh yeah radioshack. Yeah radioshack shouldn't lie like that, it's very unprofessional.

Well the original post description on the plans wasn't accurate based on what Sprint's 69.99+ and AT&T 39.99+ plan entails. Let me break it down for you. 69.99 = 450 anytime minutes, unlimited data, unlimited text messages, nights free after 7, weekends free, freedom to call any cell phone in the nation regardless of carrier incoming or outgoing calls. 10.00 = Since the Evo is a heavy data intense phone, it requires the additional 10.00 add-on, not necessarily for 4G, but ...

Let me reiterate what I previously posted. Go to the Sprint corporate store and see what they can do. Do not tell them that it was water damaged, and say to them that it stopped working. Worst case scenario, they'll say no. I've seen people get their phones replaced with missing buttons (standby button on palm pre, with no charging port cover), cracked screens (blackberries), even missing a trackball. So it doesn't hurt to try, and is a lot less ...

Take it to the Sprint corporate store and see what they can do for you. You might be able to get a new phone without filing a claim.

Ask_the_Shack. I assume you work for radioshack. The employee plan is cheaper than the sero plan and works with the latest and the greatest. I would know, I saw my friend's Sprint bill and almost came my pants, but swore not to tell anybody the price. He has the palm pre too btw. Please, if you do work for the "shack" and didn't know that, I applaud you for being ignorant to the benefits of ones company you work for. If not, please ignore my ...

Verizon Wireless that uses 611 in Los Angelas. You my friend, are the biggest retard known to mankind. Reading your posts were pathetic, ignoring the current valid argument and spitting out your own nonsense. You should drop Verizon and become a lawyer, since all you do is spit bul$hit. Son, you need to get your balls dropped and get your #enis sucked, then MAYBE you'll be one step closer to manhood. Forget about sex, that's way ...

Another thing to clear up that I just found out today, if you're on an existing everything data share plan 69.99 individual and up, or 129.99 family and up, the change will not be added on until your next billing cycle. As for new customers or customers changing their plan to a qualified plan, the change happens immediately.

There is roaming, even though Sprint offers nationwide coverage. And in those instances where there is no Sprint coverage, and you need to roam off of something else it uses up anytime minutes. After 7 it's free no matter who you call, landline or cellphone.

hmmm... I'm reading that it's only outgoing calls, but from other sources they say incoming mobile calls are also free? I work for RadioShack, but in the memo it didn't mention incoming calls as well... didn't really occur to me until after I closed the store. So... anyone know? To verify, any mobile, any time doesn't work while you're roaming.

To clear things up a bit with folks here, yes there are Verizon Wireless Phone sku's built into our POS system. For instance, the Voyager, Env2, chocolate, etc. Radioshack pos systems are shared as well by the kiosks, which sell verizon. It's just s shared system, we don't carry the kiosks phones, and they don't carry some of our phones. Radioshack won't be even able to sign an agreement with Verizon as well, due to the breakup ...

Oh! Tell them to reprogram the phone as well. It'll consist of a lock code which is usually ##numbers#, that will bring you up to a different screen, with an edit, done, and view screen (if I remember correctly). Usually that fixes the problem too. Then ask them to re-provision your phone as well, while they are on the line... then you should slowly see the Sprint Applications pop up slowly on the screen. Well do ...

When you contact sprint, tell them to transfer you to a blackberry technician. Regular reps won't do much, but you have to call at a certain time... I think they close 8pm central time I think. If the curve has been under 30 days, I would go back to the store you bought it from and get it exchanged. Blackberrys are notorious for weird problems. My blackberry had a problem where it would delete my texts and ...

maybe because radioshack owns 4,600 stores nationwide, and on top of that 1,200 indirect third party stores. now, if 4,600 stores have sprint and at&t there market profits would go up dramatically. not by selling the phone, but by making more people sign up for new two year contracts. "You've got questions, we have stupid looks on our face!" now, i would like you to memorize every single merchandise in the store, not only memorize but know how to work ...
