I think its OK, at best. Nice effort, but its weird and too thin. i feel like i would drop it alot, just by the fact its so small. Nice effort, and I'm sure I will sell a TON of them, I just personally wouldnt own it....I'll stick with my M1!

I have heard of freezing issues on the chocolate....I have a Sanyo M1 and it's a great mp3 player phone! Only 2 drawbacks are camera lense location and no expandable memory, although 1g built in is plenty for me.

as far as the headset goes, just buy the treo BT.....i've seen problems with treo's and other manufacturers BT's for a long time now, but I have a friend who bought the Treo brand BT off the Palm website, says he has no problems whatsoever with it. You may want to try the Jabra JX10, I hear great things about the BT, but it's quite pricey!

Yeah, its best to shop at an exclusive Sprint store, wether it be a corporate store or retailer......multi carrier stores want to sell you what pays them the most dough.

It's wireless backup, you have to activate it. i think the web addy is wirelessbackup.sprint.com. You have to activate it from the phone first, then they'll send ya a password for the site via text. For 2.00 a month, I love that feature!

for one it should only be 200 ETF. but what I would do, is call cust. care, and explain your dilemma in the most "woe is me" way possible. ive seen them, on numerous occasions to keep from losing a customer, upgrade the rebate qual to 150.

Re: I saw the Katana what a POS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jul 27, 2006, 2:34 PM

I've seen it, and not impressed at all. I don't care for the thinner phones, they seem to all have similar problems most likely due to the fact that they are cramming so much into a thin area. As far as EV-DO on a thin phone goes, that puts way too many items to use on the phone to work off of the wafer-thin battery, causing you to have to charge it frequently. I like my Sanyo 9000 just ...

Re: Sprint's roaming policy

As with everyone else, 50% of minutes must be used ON Sprint's CDMA network. If not, you will be billed for roaming. To my understanding, this is the policy for all carriers who offer no roaming charges.

Re: LOCKLINE INSURANCE CLAIM
Jun 8, 2006, 12:06 PM

Let me see if i can put this without being rude. Let's say we are talking about a car, and you traded it in May 5th ans even switched to a lower oriced insurance company for your new car. On May 31st, let's say your friend has a wreck and needs money to fix his car. You call your old insurance company and make a claim for a wreck on your old car, saying the wreck happened May 1st. ...

Re: want out of your nextel contract? here is your loop hole
May 30, 2006, 3:09 PM

theoretically, they could get you for fraud, too. Let's say you called nextel, about a billing issue. Things didn't go your way, and you told them to cancel it. They told you there was a 200.00 fee to cancel. You go to Sprint, port over your number, then cancel. Well, lets say nextel catches your # in the crossfire, and researches your calls (because they record them, as does Sprint and everyone else, for "quality assurance".....They would still bill ...

KUDOS on the explanation! That's as good as it gets as far as explained goes, bottom line! It isn't a free trial, and, as a matter of fact, I've never heard Sprint refer to it as a free trial. Just 14 days to cancel the contract.
