No matter how many times I've calibrated my voice into the phone it only connects me to the right person maybe 2 times out of 5. I say Cathy and it wants to connect me to Mom. I say NO... repeating the name doesn't help and I give up. Any ideas??

Mobile email and AOL

Just got the EnV and it's so far a nice phone. Unfortunately I can't get on AOL for the email - it keeps timing out. I can get into MSN/Hotmail - but can't get to the sign in screen for AOL. This is a biggie with the husband (this is his phone) and he's not a happy camper. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks.

I'm still trying to figure out if I should go to Cingluar or Verizon for getting phone service. I've got Cingular now, but at place we go to by the beach can't use my phone - yet I go 2 blocks and can use it just fine.

Am I to understand that with all the phones out there I'm only able to use a phone that is listed under a particular servers name? Like with Verizon - I can only use the phones that they list on their web site? What's with all this talk of trading a sim card from one phone to another? If you like a particular phone, but it's on another network, then you have to change your provider?? Very odd. I don't get ...
