As of now, Cingular is no longer selling this phone due to alot of techical issues. If you want a smartphone, Cingular is now offering the Audiovoz SMT-5600. That's a pretty good phone. Try it. :D

The joystick is really tricky to use but once you use it for awhile, you will get used to it.
