Of course you call them back. But what makes them think you can troubleshoot the issue? It'd be like asking a mechanic to figure out what's wrong with your car while you're driving the car.

I just wish customers would think a little bit. I've had cust call in asking why if they're on a 39.99 plan why they're being charged 45 something. Always the same answer. The thing that just boggles my mind is why didn't you call in about this when you first got this plan back in 2003, why call in now. And why do you think you don't have to pay taxes.

that's the only thing i don't like about Canada. the gas companies, banks, and cell providers all get along so there really is no competition. when one raises rates the others follow suit.

I don't think we flirt. Because that really isn't my intention. I try to be friendly with everyone. If that's flirting then I guess I'm guilty, but definitely not the intention.

as of yesterday here's what i have off of my phone. right now the players have denied that there was a tentative agreement, but everyone is confident that it will be accepted. just waiting on legal approval pretty much. hard salary cap linked to 54% of league revenue starting at $37 mill USD. 24% roll back on salaries. no player can have greater than 20% of the team's cap. lol. that's funny. i never understood that either since i don't even have the orange hair some red heads have. it's a beautiful luscious copper colour. my hair dresser tells me that he has women that would kill to have my hair colour
