Re: Ok who's jumping on next??
Of course you had most people on 10GB or more. So do I. In the US market, most phone plans are on a 4 line or more family plan. Much easier to sell the 10GB plan with multiple lines. Galaxy S6 Base Model. AT&T 3 GB Next Plan vs 3 GB 2yr contract. Go.
Re: Ok who's jumping on next??
On AT&T, if you have less than 10 GB (not including the promotional 7GB plan they nt longer offer), then you only get a $15 discount for doing the Next program.
-15*20= -300 savings
-15*24= -360 savings
-15*30= -450 savings
Therefore depending on which installment plan you choose, in order to save money, the phone's total saving must be more than the upfront cost of the 2yr contract price AND the total savings discount for that specific program (upgrade fees also, unless you ...
Re: Only AT&T??
Probably will be only available in AT&T stores, like almost every other ASUS phone that was available in the US market. Still compatible with any GSM network (as long as you match the frequency bands). T-Mobile, Cricket (AT&T), I believe US Cellular (I don't remember if GSM or not), and others.
Verizon and Sprint still are on CDMA type bands. This phone, and any other phone not specifically made to cover Verizon or Sprint, will not be available to ...
Re: Sounds good.
Not exactly. T-Mobile holds the Verizon phones for the trial and gives them new devices, (that the customer will purchase). T-Mobile only keeps the phones if the customer agrees to stay with them and purchase new devices (through T-Mobile) after the trial is complete. Should the customer want to switch back, T-Mobile gives back the Verizon devices and they can switch back.
Re: Sounds good.
If they port back, and 95% of customers who are unsatisfied will want to keep their same number, they will be considered "winback customers" and put on their old rate plan and pricing with no activation fees. This doesn't count as a new activation, more so a "continue where you left off" activation with the same account and tenure. Usually only available to do within 14-30 days from the initial switch. However I'm not sure if they will honor ...
Re: Very Interested.
Although I do agree with you that for the premium priced phones, they should have more for them than just additional stoarage space, I for one think its great Samsung is implementing new features on their phones. Even though they are taking away some of the flexibility, most users don't care for the added flexibility. Overall it is a decently better device that the GS5. Although I'll never buy one, I don't mind the lack of battery and SD ...
Re: You are soooooo hilariously wrong
Talk to me when your battery lasts a full day. 6 Plus? I sell phones and our demo model is already bent.
Iphone 6+ 64 GB $850
Oneplus One 64 GB $350
+ PS4 500 GB $400
Choose wisely.
Re: Isn't That the Point?
I use about 50-60gb/month on my cellphone. 150gb is a joke for home internet, especially with a family of 4-6, netflix/youtube, and internet saavy kids.

Re: No such speed promises
Check my response out to continue upgrading while keeping your unlimited data feature
Keep your Unlimited and upgrade with a contract
I'm a wireless retailer for Verizon (indirect agent). I've been doing this for two years for a whole bunch of customers that were on Verizon and had the Unlimited data feature.
Basically what you need is at least ONE line on the account that DOES NOT have unlimited data.
Verizon allows you to do alternate upgrades, or using someone else's upgrade for yourself. That plays a key role to this. Basically what you do when your line with unlimited ...
Re: why....
Whenver someone gets the iphone to sell, they have to cut commissions all around. As the iPhone is extremely proprietary, they do not discount such as Samsung, HTC, or LG. Coming from someone who works in a Wireless Kiosk in Costco, I never hated the iPhone more than I do now.
