What about GPS not working?
Went in to local Verizon store in atlanta area.
Three minutes and still not GPS lock. I have heard firmware update sometime this month. Deal breaker for me right now. :(

Active sync 4.5 issuse with XV6800
Out of the blue active sync 4.5 has stopped working with my Verizon VX6800. It is simply not seeing my phone when I start up active sync.saying no device found(yes,I have tried several different cords and it does charge the phone). I have tried EVERY solution suggested from Microsoft and others. I’m pretty sure that the problem is the phone since I installed active sync on 2 other computers and both could not find the phone. Video quality not very good
Is there a way to get video clips to play smoothly without dropping frames on the XV6800?. I have tried converting them to Windows Media and several other formats using other programs and they all drop frames so bad they are not worth watching. I'm thinking it's the phone it self and not media player or the other programs. Any help out there?

Verizon can do this for you for 10 bucks but waived the charge for me. Worked perfectly on almost 300 contacts.

Same here. Coming from a Treo 700p. I did a retail search for a cradle with a extra battery compartment and came up with nada. I found one seller on Ebay that sells one for about $30. Will post back when I get it and give evaluation.
XV6800 Can it use MicroSDHC
Just got this phone from Verizon. I know 4 Gig is max capacity but no one can tell me if it can use the new HC type memory. No mention of this anywhere in manual or web sites.
Verizon 650 side button
Does anyone know if there is a use for this button? It's just below the volume switch and the instruction book just says it is a "side button" but unless I'm missing it says nothing about it anywhere else in the manual. A generic Palmone guide calls it a "customizable button"
