She also informed me that she knew that I knew that another company would buy her contract from us. Her 'lawyer' told her about that. Best thing to do is document everything you think is wrong. Be sure to use dates and times. File a complaint with your state labor board.
A company my mom worked for had to pay her and the state fines. The reason it worked for her was the daily documentation she kept. Just handwritten in a note book.

life force almost gone
This giant alien life sucking machine, camouflaged as a call center, has sucked away most of my life force. I fear I will be replaced by an alien pod person by the end of the week. The only thing that is keeping me awake is the sharp pain from the knife in my back. Id leave if I had the energy....

Our phones have a small hole on the phone itself that is actually a mic. It is made to be used when the phone is no speaker. Which of course we dont do - we use the headset. When on mute from the headset the mic still picks up sound and can be heard on monitors. I resolved it by putting a piece of tape over the mic on the phone body. My mute works fine now :D

You could use a wired headset. But there are plenty of other electomagnetic waves around that you definitely need to protect yourself from. You should consider a total body tin foil wrap

ALL of my calls are recorded.
The recordings are propietary. The company I work for would press charges against me if I posted one of our recordings on You Tube.

It is 2.5 so you won't need an adapter. The headset is OK. You could use a stereo bluetooth as a step up.
