Don't want to sound stupid, but the Nokia 6102 is a PTT phone.IT ia gonna be out early sept. The service should be out about oct 1. But just wanted to correct that fact.

Due to the security issues that T-Mobile was having we decided not to carry it. T-Mobile since then has fixed that problem.

The black razr has mpeg4 video on it. The silver one was released with no video on it. The black one when it comes out will have video on it,that in turn shows why the price of the silver razr dropped so fast.

I am the first to post to something.Wow I don't feel any different. But honestly, I see this phone going to T-Mobile and maybe if they come out with one that has 850(800)on it then cingular. :twisted:

How can you transfer pict files to the phone with data transfer cord

I just picked up this phone. I was wondering does anyone know which file on the I would transfer a picture file to on my phone so I can use it as a wallpaper. Thanks in advance for any help.

If i am correct the release date will be in Oct or Nov. If the current Nokia Bar deal runs out at that time.It would be the perfect release for the phone. But knowing cingular it will be in Jan. or Feb. :twisted:

At the same time. I think this one will be insurable being the fact that is is a lower end motorola. I think motorola is going with the pop that the razor got and they want to keep up that flow. It kind of looks like the V8 Slvr so it makes people think it is expensive. :)

Honestly I am not certain how long. All i know is that I have seen on this site and others that there are a few non nokia bar style phone with the 850 feq. coming out soon. Also they are all 3rd or 4th quarter. So I am starting to thing that the contract runs out towards the end of the year.

Something I don't understand is why all of these bar style phones are looking like they are for cingular but begaining of the year we signed a contract for Nokia only bar phones. Maybe that deal didn't go thru as was planned. All I know is at my store we haven't had a bar phone sent to us since about FEB. that were not Nokia.

It all depends on which call center you get. We have like 12 so one might have some and the other might not

Back at the end of Feb. we got a email stating that bar phones other than nokias would not be sold by cingular any more. Reason being they signed a deal for some exculsive phones. Also they will continue to sell all of the phones they have now until they are depleated.But they have no new bar phones on the horrizon. Honestly I would think that we would be a carrier of this phone but if they deal they ...
