you must have the most perfect captivate and probably the only perfect one..this phone can lag when trying to open apps or whatever..once open..most other apps open with ease..but this phone does lag sometimes, the surround sound is only thru earbuds not thru the phone speaker.

i got one and luv it...ive had the n95 and not a big fan of the slider..but a great phone..anyways since n82 is a new phone i had to try it out..so far i like the phone alot...the cheapest reputable place for the n82 ive seen is phonesource usa $519....who knows if the US 3g version will be out if so im getting it.

ok i guess this is true and not a rumor...nokia will be releasing the n95 8gb us version with the us 3G..
personally i would stil stick with the n95-3 with a 8gb card...much faster data transfer

the best way and the easiest way to sync contacts is use mail2web or shozu...i use mail2web.. i get new phones every 3 months and syncin contacts using mail2web is awesome

its a software for your pc so u can log in...then using your 8125 or any other internet access u can access all your media files on your home pc...so if u dont want to put all your mp3s on your phone but have them on your home pc u can still listen to them by loggin on using your phone.

hmm.. i cannot get the software to start on my computer...after install it says it cannopt find the orb program. and do u need your computer on all the time to access it using orb?
Installing programs on mem card
can u install programs onto the storage card (1 gig mini sd card) and use the program properly or does it need to be installed on phone mem?
also i cannot get themes to show up on my list when installed on storage card. it only shows when installed in phone mem..any ideas?

cool thks for the info..but one thing...when i set it to my isp...it reverts back to gprs/edge. but when i set it on my work network(like mentioned in another post) it works..i went to starbucks and the wifi worked fine using my work network but under my isp it reverts to gprs/edge..hmm..well long as i got it to work..thks

Is there any more settings i have to mess with..i tried "My ISP" and it stil uses gprs/edge...i try my work network and its fine..i goto the settings page and it says ihave a strong signal and finds the wifi connection then it disappears...funny thing is i can goto different web sites but i cannot clck on links it says something like connection is not set please use settings.

ok when i try to goto phonescoop using IE on my 8125 i get a tiny "phonescoop" in black and only 2 links "lastest news" and "lastest phones" and thats it..everything else is white screen..r u guys able to load this website fully using IE?

yeah it kinda sucks...my nokia 6682 was very smooth and never stuck during fast movement...oh well ill deal with it.

ok is it just me or does the video recording suck on this phone? when i move fast back and forth or just have fast movement while recording a video the video freezes for split second ..like its not processing the fast movement . is this normal or is my phone defective? its not as bad when set on lowest resolution and set to mpeg4...but on high res and on jpeg its bad

Can u use Profimail with this phone? doesnt mention anything about windows 5? if not is there any other email programs like profimail? because xpress email sucks and needs my desktop on to run. thks

ok got another phone with new firmware and it does not like the 512 mb mem card.. it will not install or record video/phots..it gives me a system error..this is the second time this ha happened with the firmware 4.62..so now i know its the new firmware thats not liking the mem card..anyone else having problems with 512 mb card on new firmware??

i have the DV 512 mb card from kingston its the right one and works well with my phone now..but while back i got a replacement phone with new firmware and it didnt like my 512 mem card....just wondering if anyone is having problems with aftermarket mem cards

Voicesignal Button?
I had to get a new 6682 and installed the new version of voicesignal...Now the voicesignal does not start when the voice button on the top left is pressed. i get the nokia 6682 voice command and not voicesignal..how do i get voicesignal back to the button?

i would love to have a 1gb card ..just to have..but im wondering what in the heck are you guys storing on the card to need such a big memory? i have the 512mb and i store ALOT of pics, videos, apps, music, etc..and i mean alot and i still have 350mb left...i put so much on the phone i dont know what else to install..so just wondering what you guys use your 1gb mem for :)

oh one more thing..its not guaranteed u will get the new firmware...i tried 3 times and got all old firmware..my 4th one finally was the new firmware but had other problems so i kept my old firmware phone.
