please, for the love of whatever god you choose, STOP TRANSFERRING CUSTOMERS TO INSURANCE IF YOU DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM. I have had 3 transfers from tmo that were just hard to understand or diffucult customers trying to pay their bill or dispute a charge and thats not what we do here.
So please stop!

My personal favorite part of the windows version doesnt have to do with messenger at all, the windows messaging app acts like BBM where I can sync my FB, email, and texts all in one

Oh Ive seen a lot of the issues with iMessage trust me, my fiancee went from an iPhone to a WP and I wasnt able to contact her for a bit b/c imessage had locked down her texting since she wasnt on an iPhone anymore

I would try a different charger, different type of charger, and see if your local dealer has a battery they can test in it before you buy one..you might find out its your phone and not the battery

BBM is much better for a business setting and isnt locked to a certain brand, its available on the big 3 (android, IOS, and WP8) as well as blackberries of course.
