How Ironic that Apple gets caught throttling speeds of iphones than instantly develops a IOS that allows USERS to define speed and battery maintenance. Why not have the IOS with that feature first?? Because folks wouldn't run out and buy every new phone that came out. Apple stock will tank soon.

I think this is the biggest news in cell phones. This is class action lawsuit big. Apple touts one speed only to disable it later? Just to make their new phones seem faster? Holy **** thats wrong

This is a huge problem that I have been contacting Apple about for a year. I swap SIM cards, I've switched through the carrier and I constantly have the problem. Unless of course I'm using an iPhone. A simple (but not complete solution) would be to default the "send as text message" option to green. Apple defaults to off. I'm glad someone is suing Apple, it's exactly as stated, hindering use of my number and hardware.
