I had to have this done. Go to VZW store and the update will allow you to use 4 gig chip. Sidebar: It appears that the 4 gig chips get a little stuck in some env phones. a good set of tweezers will let you get it in and out fine.

depends on what you want it for. very expensive phone that is just ok go for razr the 9800 is a completely different phone though. clear sound great speakerphone and great text messaging. i would go with 9800 but if all ya need is a phone get something less expensive

Something is rotten here. 2 companies that have deals with each other just happen to be suing competitors? Government needs to step in and do a full check of both NTP and Visto at this point
