Hi, I have a new sx66 PDA and boy is it slick. Unfortunately, cingular has no clue what the data plans really are. When I bought it from a Cingular store I had a 5mb data plan for 19.99/mo. When I called coustomer service because the data didn't work they told me I should be on a MediaNet unlimited service for 24.99/mo. I changed to that. My online account never shanged so I called back to coustomer service. They told ...

Can someone tell me the difference between mediaNet and a data plan? With MediaNet will I be able to sync my pda with my exchange server? Jon

Hi, I just got an sx66 and I love it. My only problem is that I can't get the mediaNet GPRS to work. I called Cingular and they were clueless. They gave me a case number and said they would call back in a week. Maybe someone here can help. When I try to bring up a web page I get the following error: Cannot connect Dialed: wap.cingular The answering modem has disconnected. To check your connection go to settings. Please help! Jon
