Has anyone heard anything new on the buy out? In Kansas and Nebraska it is still up in the air. Any ideas on the chances of it going through? I'm with WW, will we be able to get out of our contracts? Or will we go to another company, like Verizon?

8O Your logic on this one is completely flawed. If you were to say that this phone looks like the Matrix phone, except...... then it really doesn't look anything like it. If your logic is that it is and candybar looking slider, then all canybar sliders would be "like the Matrix phone". Personally, I don't think it looks anything like that phone, and of course it is an up graded phone....IT'S NEWER. Technology in 1999 ...

WOW...I think that was way worse than what I went through. I mean, it's not like I ever have to see either of them again, but you have to work with her. Man, that is really sad. When I turned 16, my parents let fight my own battles. They may advise me, but they won't fight them for me, even if I asked them too.

I work for CellONE and our activation fee for new activation is $35. I have a customer who had 9 lines and was thinking about adding a 10th line. I told him, based on his good service with us, there was a good chance I could get the fee waved on the 10th line. And, I could have, but then.....
There was a recall on LG3200 and we started offering $30 off Audiovox 8910 ...

Thank you, it is always nice to have your opinions validated. At first I thought, maybe I charged too much, that was a fleeting worry. In the end I just thought she was being an overbearing mother, who doesn't know how to let her kid grow up. I mean, really, the MAN can make big-boy decisions. :o

:cry: I was told that brew did not work on the V60s, bet it states that it is brew capable in the freatures on this page. Does this mean it is a carrier specific feature or was I give false information?

I had a neighbor family once. the dad was nice and got along with my dad and the daughter and i would play racket ball against the garage, but the mom would call the cops cuz our dogs would bark, or because my dad was making too much noise fixing the car, or we were grilling on OUR deck and the smoke hurt her eyes. she was awful. ...

strange thing, her son was super nice. he waited for my feince to drive all over town to get the phone and even put up with two crazy-loud kids. the guy was good, must have been raised by dad.

:D On the CellularONE/Western Wireless network, the LG 3200 now supports 56 applications, including Games, Brew, Custom Ring tones, and Wireless ring tones. Also, you can buy changeable faceplates for it, however; I do recommend that you have someone who knows what they are doing change it for you. there is tape on the inside of the clam cover and many times the speaker will stick and if you pull that off, you are in big trouble. ...

if you get the phone directly from bright point it can be flashed, but there are codes needed to hard flash a phone from another provider, and really, would you just hand over codes that made it easier for customers to drop your service??

yea, I have freinds with verizon and they have said that the only reason they haven't switched to C1/WW was because we don't carry sansung. and that is a shame. they really like the price and coverage in our area, but they are very loyal to samsung, and i like their phones too.

My theory on this is that one day all of the CDMA carriers will be one big company and all of the GSM carries will be another company. Then the competition between service providers will be reduced to which technology do you like better. Me personally, I'm a CDMA girl all the way. All of my parents have GSM and I don't like their coverage or the number of dropped calls. Also, it is harder ...

:cry: Tomorrow CellularONE/Western Wireless will be discontinuing the V810. This means that they will now be selling the Audiovox 8910 as their only camera. While the 8910 is a good phone, I would like there to be a little more selection. I know that they will be releasing the Audiovox 8930 soon, but how about a different brand.
