not being heard by person on other end
When making a call, I can hear the other person, but they cannot hear me. I have the phone about 3 months now, and just started having this problem and can not figure it out

ne 1 know why a brand new phone will send a pix message but not be able to receive one. also this phone is unable to send or receive a text message.
updating phone
I tried to do an update tonight and couldn`t. I got thru to verizon and heard the message about pressing 1 or 2 depending upon what you want to accomplish. When I pressed two , nothing happened and a few seconds later , it prompted me to press 1 or 2 again . after trying again, I got disconnected. I tried the same procedure a few times and each time I failed.

I dropped two calls tonight. I thought I might need to update the PRL AND I tried to do that and when askec to press 1 or 2 to update , I did and nothing happened. after two prompts it disconnected me. I have the phone two weeks now and this is the first problem I am having

I ordered one on Tuesday the 12th, called yesterday the 14th about order since it showed they received but had not processed. After 20 minutes on the phone with a cr, she said they had it taken care of now and would process that afternoon. It showed as processed and I called this morning and got a tracking number and it shipped out of fed x in Mmephis this afternoon. You may want tocall and see if they misplaced ...

I got approval for early upgrade using NE2 . three weeks early. Called Customer SERVICE tonight and was told E815 is on hold yet. I asked if he was sure and He said he was correct. I then went on the verizon wireless s=site and ordered the phone with no problem. What gives?

My wifes VX 6000 is up for NE2 discount on 8/10.
She is not very good about charging the phone in house and usually lets it hooked up to a in car charger. Last month, our son accidentally pulled the car charger out and didnot push the side buttons to release it and the charging port came out also. Thats the problem . It hasn`t had the programming done in months and Can`t be done at my house anymore. I took with me today on a short trip and around town it barely had any signal. When I finally got the update on it, it had full strength in town , and no service at all at home. At home , my VX 8000 has at 50% signal most of the time.

I used this VX6000 until March when I bought my new phone. Added a 3rd line to our family share plan, and now suddenly 3 months later, this phone cannot get reception for anything. It was working fine a month ago. Any clues?

I have a vx6000 now and ordered a vx8000. i am adding a third line to a family share plan and when I am finished , I want the new phone to huse the same number as the vx6000 does now and the vx6000 to use the new number being assigned. I want to do this online if at all possible. Please help me!!
