Agreed...the "it's ugly" and "I hate flip phone" comments are purely subjective and without merit or value to this thread. Let's wait until someone here gets their hands on them, or shoot over to howardforums where people have actually gotten this phone.

What s/w version are you running? The BT reboot issue is well documented with the original software on this phone - I don't think it matters what headset you use. If you haven't already done so, upgrade to the latest s/w (released 3/8). I did and all the BT reboot issues have disappeared. Did the tech even ask about your s/w version?

Go to dts.vzw.com Best thing to do is go to www.vzw.smithmicro.com/blackberry (it's a Verizon site), enter your mobile number, scroll down to the 7130e section, then download the Blackberry Device Software v4.1 (updated 3/8/06). This is the latest version, v4.1.0.268. I upgraded yesterday and it fixes the bluetooth reboot problem, and enhances other things, like the bluetooth icon, mute icon, battery meter, etc. The upgrade was very, very easy.

Thanks so much!

You are in the incredibly vast minority of people who believe this. Just because you are a moderator (oooh boy, congrats!!) doesn't make you a credible source. I watch alot of sports but that doesn't make me an athelete. You are the only person I know who has claimed Verizon will carry this phone.
