Yeah I hated leaving T-Mobile for Verizon but T-Mobile has bad coverage. If you travel a lot then you its hit or miss with T-Mobile. But Verizon has worked everywhere I have been. There corporate policies on the other hand are really terrrible. God help them if Cingular actually gets their act together. For now they know their are safe Cingular + ATT is the marriage of Ted Bundy to Lizzie Borden.

Verizon is too big and too arrogant. I have the blackberry and had to add a line to pay $200 rather than $400. However, I also can't use the blackberry features in Canada where I travel constantly which defeats the entire purpose of using it. If Verizon was GSM we would be having this discussion but this CDMA standard that very few countries in the world actually use is really frustrating.

Ok gentlemen, you are not going to find the perfect headset. Your biggest issue is that the Blackberry in question is only Bluetooth 1.1 compatiable not 1.2. So this kind of kills the sound quality issue. If you are looking for light weight and comforatable I wear the Motorola 820 all day with no problems.

I am sure by now everyone else has clued you in. . . first of all the phone is most certainly not almost perfect . . . the processor is at least a year behind the cutting edge. Secondly, its running the PPC operating system (daily soft resets are the norm for heavey users). And finally, expect Verizon (my carrier as well) to gut this phone of any usability features that don't center around "Get it Now" ...

Its funny to see how misinformed people are:
1) There are just as much software available for PPC as Palm
2) I have both and I can tell you that Palm more stable than PPC. I have to soft reset my Dell Axim x50v at least once every two days.
3) PPC seems to be more flexible and run on faster processors than Palm
4) Active Sync for PPC is horrible - the kind of settings available for ...

Well said. However, T-Mobile has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I went with Verizon because I needed to be able to make calls anywhere in the country, otherwise I would have stuck with T-Mobile they aren't the greedy bastards T-Mobile is.
PS I am going on my 3rd V710 in the last 2 months. Damn Bluetooth in this phone sucks.
