dude upgrading customers ALWAYS get the better deal. Geez just call customer care. plus if you didn't know, at our corporate stores you can almost always get a one year upgrade instead for the same price.

did you know that they can put anything they want in a contract, it doesn't mean it will hold up in court? you can get out of your contract for damn near any reason you want if you are adamant enough.

oh wow. for one thing it was sold for way more than two months, and for two the speaker was the only problem with that phone aned if you had one clue about phones you would have used your manufactures warranty on it.
