question about antenna
about how tall is this antenna. i have not been able to actually go to a store or anything to see the phone so i am attempting to make a scale rough sketch of the phone but i cannot tell how big the antenna is. if you can help and possibly put the measurement in cm it would be greatly appreciated

Yeah. I ahve been looking at this myself. I also have loked at the Treo 700w and the Utstarcom XV-6700. I wanted to get a fair idea from what the people had to say without giving too much information away. Thanks. I'll definately look further into this phone.

I will be going away to college soon and I will be needing a sophisticated phone. At the same time I want a cool phone with a lot of features. yes it is true but verizon has offered a new firmware update that solves the problem. just make sure that if you get this you make sure you have the latest firmware update for it so that you do not have to worry about the alarm problem. :)

you should be able to go online to the lg site and download a copy of the manual or you could send a e-mail to verizon possibly asking them to help.

do you wear glasses or contacts and/or have poor vision? if you do this might have an effect on how you see the screen through your glasses lenses or contacts. the only other reason i could think of why you have this problem is you just might have ultra sensitive eyes. hope this helps

just make sure the razr is the v3i and not the v3c for obvious reasons if you have been in the v3c forum.
they should also look into gettin the new ROKR in cdma with EVDO and VCAST and puttin it on amp'd

it should be under a system or sounds menu but its there to remind u the battery is dyin. wen u take the beep off u wont kno wen ur phone is dyin then wen u go to use it it will be dead so thats ur choice.

i would say that u could use the 512mb card because when the phone first came out the highest amount of memory on a microsd/transflash card was 256mb and this is obviously an update to the orginal card.

you should just wait it out and get this phone. you should be able to try it out for 15 days and if you are not satisfied you can return it and get the 650 or whatever phone you want.
