Big changes
So in other words they just dropped the need to have a TV service through AT&T
Re: And Apple will still be putting out entry level 8GB/16GB iPhones
apple hasnt offered an 8 GB in quite some time now they will most likely continue to offer a 16, as most manufacturers will since not eveyone needs a lot of storage.
But think about it who really neeeds that much storage, its a really small market for it and not really worth it to most to manufacture it, maybe over time it will
Re: just give me back my 2 years contracts ! stupid !
because the company loses a lot of money by offering those 2 year contracts
Re: I See You!
i can tell if your bein serious or not AT&T introduced theirs a month ago
Re: That's always the way with Apple
not sure how this is considered sleazy its not like Apple is getting paid for the data overages or service
So much for
not going back to T-Mobile after that comment they made awhile back
Re: Check your email! You may have won a phone!
just got mine today, got here really quick
Re: Iphone?
so most devices are not covered then
Iphone?
i was looking at their website for this and i wasnt seeing anything about an iphone on there not sure if they just havent updated it or what may be the issue
Re: ?
i guess everyone has a right to their opinion...even if its worng
Re: " T-Mobile links month-to-month service with two-year equipment financing plans, which are, in e
im really not going to get into this arguement/discussion for the simple fact your not signing a contract for service, your signing a contract that states you will be making monthly installment payments for the phone. like the article states your technically on a month to month plan because your not on the traditional 2 year service contract
" T-Mobile links month-to-month service with two-year equipment financing plans, which are, in effec
what carrier doesnt do this?
Re: Promotion ends..
no because that would mean you are post paid not prepaid(gophone)
Re: LOL Verizon....
Verizon doesnt need to give money away to people like T-Mobile does, and if you had read articles earlier they have actually gave each cust an additional ! GB of data noo charge. is that a lot, no not by a long shot but its something
Re: It's moves like this that make me want to switch to T-Mobile
i for one would rather see T-mobile invest in the netowrk itself than this, T-mobile still needs to work on their network to improve it not continue to just give away money till theres nothing left and finally get bought out and everything they "promised" isnt upheld
Re: Fraud
Right, now it doesnt specify and im not with mobility anymore so I dont get the memos, but its stating one per month, is that in regards to the prepaid accounts, postpaid, or both?
Re: Hehe.
thats what i said...which is why you save $120+ this time around
Fraud
I know im not the only one that see this as an easy way for fraud right? even if its a one time thing per month
Re: Hehe.
true because i did it last time around, 2 yr contract and about $10/mo for their cheapest plan, this time around you save about $120+ due to the article mentioning 1 year free
Re: So arrogant & not accommodating to their customers but what choice do we have??
How is that arrogant, its business. why should they spend the money to invest in their network to be the best but then charge you as if they are tmobile/sprint...you pay for what you get.
I've noticed something....
a few people here have mentioned the $15 for hyod just something ive been thinking about but what im seeing is that its not ok for AT&T to start doing this but its ok that T-Mobile has been for quite some time, just say its for the sim kit
A Little Much
I get 911 is important but for people having issues with it for 3 hours, $17.5 is over the top.
Re: Look at the rest of the specs
sounds more like an improved iPod than anything
Re: Well
i dont see the coplaining being about the deal they actually offer/offered a deal where you can lease a phone free so i disagree on that end.
what i see hes complaing about is teh fact theyre telling custs they can upgrade 3x a year and hiding the fact that when they do theyre losing that discounted rate for the phone
Re: Basically , the same as T-Mobiles'
they dont have one, its actually an additional charge.
the only thing about this plan is they already have a plan almost exactly like it but you have to have a galaxy phone.
Re: Way to miss the point
Exactly what i was thinking, theyre making it seem like Verizon bought every single media corp. theyre not gonna control every bit of information that comes out
Re: YAY
FiOS being a ISP giant is a bit of a stretch.
Yes they have high speeds but theyre very limited as far as availablitly.
Sprint and T-mobile combining was a completely differenet thing, that was combining the number 3&4 wirelss companies, which shrinks the market.
Companies buying other services like ISPs TV services etc allow them to be profitable
Re: WOW! I bet no other carrier can beat that at the same price point...
im not saying its a bad thing, i just havent yet.
if you can get away with it why not
Re: WOW! I bet no other carrier can beat that at the same price point...
you must have rooted your phone then because AT&T unlimited plans do not include tethering/hotspot feature
Re: Cricket stores
are there a few of gamestop stores in those areas
Re: 32gb only?
I agree it should have additional options for internal storage but this is one of a few phones i think its a great idea that theres no expandable memory as well as the sealed battery. less of a chance for user error like with the previous versions
Re: Wow
now its clearly states it but for a long time not too many people knew about it
Re: LG G4
I asked the carrier to exchange the phone with another brand, they refused to replace the phone. They told me to call Samsung directly. I did that and got no where.
its very rare for a carrier to switch out make and model due to 2 reasons
1: because theyre basically a middle man for samsung to make it so you dont have to send iun your phone and wait for them to repair or send you out a new ...
Re: Shame the Z3 Compact has NEVER been sold here...
they dont sell as well so most carriers dont carry them in the store, theres no point wasting space if theres not a high enough demand
Re: Dumb
if they were actually waterproof they would cover it but no device is because of all the opportunities for user error, which is why it needs to be corrected and say water resistant
Re: Lolwut?
almost wanna be that guy that says it.
Re: who cares
one thing i hope it carries over from beats audio would be the offline playback like spotify has as well.
i dont plan on getting it but i see that being a big deciding factor for a few people due to the pricing being the same
Re: Shocking...
ive been trying to explain the same thing even with the very minimum for data its either a $30 or $40 difference
Re: Shocking...
even if he were to do that hes wanting the price as if its gonna be three smartphones on the mobile share plan but have it as 1 smartphone and 2 basic phones on the old plan, thats a pretty decent price difference if its 2 basic phones compared to 2 smartphones
Re: Shocking...
and that was my point before if you gonna say to include the price for 3 smartphones on the mobile share you need to do so on the old plan if not your talking about 2 completely different things
its a minimum of a $30 or $40 added to the old plan
