Re: You'd run out of time before obtaining 20GB!
You are right but I figured that Chicago would be considered a major market and in theory should have good quality...
My friends are all in the Chicagoland area which includes surrounding suburbs. All suffer from dropped calls, slow downloads/uploads, choppy voice/sound, calls going straight to voice mail, receiving text messages 2 days later or not receiving at all... just a major headache.
Hopefully Sprint can get their act together.. Not that I care for them but it promotes competition
You'd run out of time before obtaining 20GB!
I dont know guys, out of all my friends with Sprint, there are only a couple left still with Sprint. Despite being unlimited, their network was so slow that realistically I dont think they could download much without getting frustrated.
This 20GB sounds like false advertisement in the sense that their network wont be able to perform.
Good luck to those who believe that crap
Make it smaller and faster!
I'd be drooling over this if it was 4.3inches at most and at least 1.5-2GB of RAM, processor I can probably live with.
I admit, I probably don't need THAT much RAM but my HTC One S from Spring 2012 has 1.5Ghz dual core and 1GB RAM... sucks that the specs on this arent too much of an improvement despite comparing dual core vs quad core.
Looks awesome, though not really a mini!
Re: Good strategy T-Mo!
You know DarkStar...after reading all your posts. You're sounding like a Sprintlikehell fanboy trolling around
Without Sprint, T-Mobile could still be taking customers from Verizon. But you're right, they've mostly been Sprinting like hell to T-Mobile from Sprint of course! Looks more to me like because of T-Mobile, Sprint WILL go out of business
Wait, you mean it hasn't been throttled this whole time?
How much slower can slow get?? Compared to the other 3 major carriers, I'd say Sprint already seems as in full-on Throttled mode...Here in Chicago at least. I feel sorry for all your Sprint customers locked in by contract.
Re: LOLZ
What a joke.. lol. That's a big trade-off to be able to keep up with the competition.. I bet they probably won't even reach those speeds they advertise the Shart nertwork, I'm sorry, Spark network will be able to obtain.
While I would never consider Sprint based on the past and current network, any possibility of considering switching for their all new Spark is a no-go. I constantly am looking things up on the web while on the phone, ...
Uncle Sam is after Sprint!
The other day I read that Sprint owed a couple mil in taxes and now this? They're just in big twouble with the government aren't they?
I wonder if stuff like this will also add on to the list of negatives of a Sprint/T-Mobile merger aside from the reduced competition in the market.
What do you guys think?
Re: Who would have thought..
You are so right. It's funny because it's true!
Re: This is a joke right?
Since size seems to be a relative term nowadays. I'd like to request all smartphone manufacturers to also make "ULTRA-MINI-COMPACT" versions of their flagships... you know, so the final product ends up between 3.8 to 4.3 inches :D
Re: Aio
Isn't Aio being shut down or something like that? I could've sworn I read something about it..
This is a joke right?
LOL 4.7 inches = MINI. I remember in 2010-11 when 4.3 inches was considered HUGE! I miss those days...
Hmmm
I could have used this law last year lol. I did not read the entire article but I wonder how this would work out for those who purchase their phones used, would they need a bill of sale to show their service provider?
Nice way to start my Monday morning
This is like music to my ears. What a great way to start my Monday lol. Hopefully in those upcoming weeks of weighing out pros and cons for Sprint/Softbank's T-Mo acquisition, they decide to just quit before wasting any of their time.
Re: Hilarious
Just reading the updates have me cracking up! I can imagine actually watching it. Hope I can catch it on youtube later when I get out of work
