I would get one

As an iPhone user, I would get one of this model. iPhone hasn't changed one bit (except for software) since the original 4GB model in 2007. A dual screen flip smart phone is a terrific idea. Nice going MOTO.

To me, it looks more like a copy of Win8 with thinner fonts, and without all the "live" tiles. I don't like it, but I didn't have a say in how it looks.

As a long time Mac user, I have to say I can't stand the look of the new phone OS. What made the Mac and iphone OS cool was the 3-D look. Shadows, and a "real" looking yellow note pad, this flat look is almost cartoon-ish. Why is Apple following the lead of M$?

OK, when the iPhone came out, I still had my Dash, the one BEFORE the 3G Dash. Then I picked up an Original 4GB iPhone and unlocked it. It's been great! Now it feels long in the tooth because of the network speeds. My iPhone still connects at EDGE speeds. The S 4G looks like a fantastic Android model so I think it's upgrade time.

Well, I got the software to correctly interpret the same friday phrase, with punctuation. I said "for a friday comma today sucks" pausing just a bit between speaking the words 'comma' and 'today'. This software rocks. and I'm using a 2G 4GB model. A oldie, but a goodie.

You've heard (and seen) the buzz about the new Google phone ... problem is TMob and Google only allow ONE 500 minute plan for the subsidized price of $180. In other words, new clients only and leaving loyal clients and family plan users in the cold. (or pay the $530 and use the phone on your plan) There is a live online petition to try and change thier ways, please sign it. Lets see if we can get the phone. ...

I agree with the original poster, I've been VERY loyal to Apple, but I'm not a Cingular client, and I can help it, I won't ever be. I use T-mob and I'm thinking ... it works on their GSM network, will it work on mine? I just started reading about the new handset, so we'll see. Relax everybody, we are six months away from the release.

First off, the word you are trying to spell is "corporation". And yes, I do own a bit of DT. Feel free to go to any wireless company of your choosing. I just thought the crappy handsets over at that other company might suit you better.

I'm very impressed, a CDMA carrier will actually get a cool handset. After all the pushing that VZW has done with the Treo 700, I'm glad I'll be moving to a GSM carrier soon.

When you go to get the phone, ask the sales rep if the phone has Bluetooth OBEX profiles. That is the ability to connect (and pair) with your computer to transfer files to and from your A920. The LG 325 does NOT have OBEX, and I'm fairly certain this model doesn't either. It's a real shame that Sprint and VRZ don't allow the handsets to perform the way they were suppossed to. The GSM carriers allow OBEX which is ...

In addition, there will be a $10 fee for all phonebook transfers. However, the full extent of these changes is starting to take effect. Now, these terms will also ...

Thanks for the info -- Great story in infoweek. Don't know if you saw my other post about my T608, it's great, I love it, but it's buggy. Glad you like your BB, but not sure if I would get one. It seems to me they are corvettes and I'd never get it out of second gear. I did look at a Treo 650 the other day and it seemed kinda heavy.

ok, one handset and three PDA's. But the one handset has crippled BT. What about the pda's? Are they capable of contact/phonebook syncing? Graphics to and from the PC? what about MP3's? Minus the mp3's, I can send and recieve all this on my T608. So why don't I quit bitching and just keep my T608? Because it has some bugs and no support.

How many BT handsets do they carry? Last I checked it was one. Do you have some scoop on the "increasing" number of handsets? (I don't count the Treo because it is a PDA.) My reply to your suggestion is I probably will switch come the end of my contract. My next suggestion is for you to do a quick search on Tmob for BT handsets. Please name a wireless virus. The idea that limiting a handset capability in the name of network security doesn't make sense to me. The fact is the CDMA carriers want users to get ring tones, transfer pictures, and such only on their network, thats one way they make money. If a user can transfer data to and from a handset not using the wireless network, that represents a threat to the money stream. I did a google search for ...
