I should probably know this question but I don't so amuse me: What does Data Dormant mean? I recently got this phone and noticed that sometimes the data active arrows are going when I am not even on easy edge. Can anyone explain this?

If you are really worried about what phone you will get....When you make the claim ask them what phone will be replacing yours. They will tell you! Oh and the equipment matrix is solid! It does give you correct phone 99% of the time. At least with my experience it has

True I agree with you.....I would think if it goes well and if anything is progressed I could possible see it in the future....

haha no I work for corporate and if your in the St. Louis area all the stores are going through transition to be Corporate stores

Very UNLIKELY! USCC strives on giving that mom and pop store feeling.....With that said they have to many values to sell out to another carrier

My personal opinon is this: I had the Pearl, I LOVE the HTC, and I am getting.......The Moto Q Alot is pref and then some is what you plan on doing with the phone. HTC is AMAZING but expensive! Some features I like about the Moto Q are this: -Virtually unlimited contacts (depending on mem) -Up to 8 email accounts -Syncs with Outlook -Uses Internet Explorer I myself really like the Moto Q lol.....The Pearl is nice but the keyboard is to SMALL harder to type emails ...

I can say this simply because I am in training with U.S. Cellular right now....ALL agent stores will be Corporete stores by end of summer at the latest in the St. Louis area.

You can get the V3 and the V551 if you call 1-800-Cingular. The sales reps DO HAVE THEM IN STOCK.

I have the AT&T V505 and where I live the service is horrible with AT&T, but is great with Cingular. Ever since I have had this phone I can not get it to switch back and forth hardly at all. I had the Samsung E316 & I could get it to switch to Cingulars towers no problem. DOES ANYBODY have any suggestions!! THANKS CHRIS

Cingular also has a buyback program for certain phones. When switching for AT&T to Cingular. It's about $75 on phones like the V600, Nokia 6800, etc. It offers a nice incentive for switching over to Cingular.
