Re: NO 3G = Deal breaker for me
3G may not make a huge difference when you browse on the phone. However, having 3G (EVDO or HSPDA) makes a difference if you tether your phone to your computer as a modem. Further, I can choose to disable 3G and use GSM only to save power when I'm not using it as a modem. At least I have a choice for spending loads of $$$ on a smartphone.
However, some simply don't browse much and this point is ...
NO 3G = Deal breaker for me
Yes, Cingular's 3G is not 100% yet. But it is working in most major US cities already. I'll wait for Version 2 for sure.

Re: GPS Mapping Software?
Check out Mapopolis. It's a pretty popular choice for smartphone users. Go to their website and download the full function demo map for a try. Zero cost for you to try since you already got a BT GPS.

Re: Where The F@#$ Is The Bluetooth?!

Unlike GSM network, CDMA carriers have a lot of control on what handset can be used on their network. On a GSM network, the handset makers have more freedom to do what they want and compete on features and price. Take any multi-band unlock GSM phone, you just install you sim and use it right away. ...
Re: 2.0 megapix.. wow~~ i'm already using the 5.0 megapix.
It doesn't matter how many mega pixels you got if the optic sucks. It's just a big blurry picture. I have yet to see one camera phone that has acceptable optical performing. It's still a toy.
