I had a metal aluminum case for my zire that saved it several times- I know of a site that is making aluminum cases for the treo650 and it will be available in jan around the 2nd week. By pacific rim technologies.

:( Sound clarity for the mp3 is horrible! I upgraded from the zire 72, the mp3 on that was great. I tried all kinds of headphones, etc- had to order an adapter to convert the 2.5mm phone jack to the 3.5mm stereo jack. But nothing worked! I just bought an Ipod 40 gig to use for my music and lectures and gave up on the mp3 for the tre0 650! But.. I do love the treo 650, all in ...

:D Yes!! it is true! I ordered mine today. You have to go to the support page for the treo 650, then go to questions about memory. Then there is a link to order it. I couldnt use the link given above. You have to put in your phone's id # and the serial number-then it goes to a shopping cart with free shipping. It should be here within a week. (will give it to my kid for her ...
