No We don't have Instagram on Windows Phone.Instance(Third party to instagram) we have have app called instance.This is some what similar to Instagram.But not up to the mark compared to Instagram.And very recent Instagram deleted all its third party data's without even prior information.Windows phone user were widely affected by this sudden deletion.Microsoft should work on some other equivalent app to compensate Instagram.
