This is the worse phone that I have ever owned! It will NOT stay charged at all. Have had 2 batteries so far, both do the very same thing. Not user friendly at all. I will NEVER EVER own another windows phone! I also purchased the "fat boy" charger from Verizon and it takes hours and hours for this phone to charge on it!
