Me too!! Not even an hour after receiving the phone I went to make a call and got the white screen. And the popping noise I get it when I am browsing through the ring tones!!! Whats the deal. Before this phone I had the V600, had to send it back and get another, hated that phone. I thought I finally got the perfect phone after reading all the reviews on the V551.... :cry:
