This phone would be worthless without a data plan. Lets say Sprint could activate it without a data plan and then the phone did not work properly because you did not have a data plan, would you leave then too? You make no sense at all with your comment.

are you within the 30 day return policy? if not, call the manuf. sprint did not cheat you. you cheated yourself by not insuring your phones. i don't work for sprint, i'm a customer with some common sense.

LG LOTUS HELP! PLEASE!
I have a lg lotus and I was looking through some pics and the phone froze. I could not even turn it off, so I took out the battery for 20-30 mins. I put the battery back in and turned the phone on and..... the black and white lg lotus screen comes up like its booting up and just freezes with LG LOTUS on the screen. No keys work on anything. Any ideas? ...

Ok, here is my problem. I received a picture mail with sound. I can't look at the picture and listen to the sound at the same time. The first screen that comes up says press ok for sound. I hear the sound, then have to go to the next page to see the picture. WTF? Also when I receive a picture mail that is animated, I can't see the animation. Any help ...

I tried the instinct yesterday and was going to get it, but there was one problem.... I have a family everything messaging plan with unlimited data on all 3 lines for $99. I can't add the instinct unless I switch to a family everything data plan. What a #$%&*&$ joke. Back to the drawing board. Is the new instinct s30 the same steal, I mean deal?

Adding bubbles to your home screen.
Ok, I'm trying to Personalize my Home Screen by adding a bubble. So, I go through the steps, select the weather bubble and it says it installed successfully, I then enter a zip code and hit ok and it says loading content. Well, it says loading content for hours and nothing happens. I've phoned tech. support and they are baffled. She told me that hers works fine though. Any thoughts?

I finally talked to someone that knows what they are doing. Got my overspent money back, $15 service credit a month for 24 mo's. HTC Mogul for $149 and free vision.

I've been on the phone with customer svc for an hour now. Just transfered me to retention and finally got someone that acts like they care. I've been getting charged roaming on one line and being charged above top tier for another. He stated that is was their fault for setting the lines up wrong. They are going to credit me back. I going to cancel though. I've never been treated this poorly ...

I want a phone that I can text with, take decent pictures and good call quality. Is the HTC Mogul my answer? I just replaced my Samsung M500 with the Samsung M510 and I don't like it. Any thoughts?
