Now that Samsung, Motorola, and others have been able to bring to market folding displays, Microsoft still thinks a hinge on two separate screens is the answer. You can take two Samsung S20 FE, tape them together, and have something more useful.

It's not even LG's first time doing this. Check out their old VX9400.

Samsung is already on it. Since the update to 10, I get a notification for apps that do that. I can then choose to let it get location all the time, or just when it's running.

The 6739 processor was an entry level chip TWO YEARS AGO. Quad 1.5 so no wonder why it runs a Go version. It's not going to be able to handle anything other than the most mundane tasks.

Didn't they just say they wanted to do away with that regulation? Oh wait, Pai worked for Verizon. Forgot. No conflict of interest there at all.

This is why you read each option when installing an app. Don't just blindly hit NEXT every time. The amount of "options" that you have to opt out when installing Facebook alone is way too much. Glad they are under fire.

An Environmental Assessment is in place to make sure that construction/operation/maintenance of a tower does not negatively impact the space or resources the tower uses. By "removing the red tape", they are basically stating they don't care if it can do damage where the tower is built, just do it.

Choice plans will NOT be capped at 3mbps, but data prioritization will still be effect from the very beginning. Also lines 3 and 4 are $20 each and 5+ are $30 each, not $40 for both plans. You do not need DirecTV Now to get HBO for free, just need to be on an unlimited plan. Better check your sources, BTW, I work for AT&T.

They've always had lofty aspirations for being the first at everything, and last I checked, they have failed miserably every time. They truly have the smallest coverage and proven slowest speeds. Yet again, their focus is going to come to bite them in the ass.

in the Article: Sprint to Launch 5G In 2019 Using 2.5 GHz Spectrum forum

This 2.5GHz spectrum is what's left over from the days of "4G" WiMAX. Back then the problem was it offered HORRIBLE indoor coverage due to the high frequency. They really need to ditch that and realize why no other carriers are going to be doing their own on that high of band.

It should not be forced like that anyways. I have the S8 and cut a notch in my case to avoid pressing it. Bixby is flawed and is still not ready for release (it's still a beta program). Samsung kept coming out with software patches as people kept finding ways around having that button activate every time. Looks like they are finally admitting defeat at least as far as that is concerned. It should still be a choice as ...

May 30, 2017, 4:32 PM

They need to address the biggest drawback of these devices and that's the infamous AMOLED burn-in. You can always tell what a person does the most based on what gets burned into their screens.

Because at this point, each carrier is coming up with their own 5G in different ways. Years ago in the race to implement 4G service, Sprint did the same thing with WiMax hoping that would be the standard. It flopped and Sprint lost millions of dollars.
