If you like dropped calls.. Pressing send, and no connection.. No ring on incoming calls.. Stick with Verizon.. They remind me of that commercial where someone is talking, and talking, and talking.. But, dead air.. The call was dropped..
Customer service... Very inconsistant.. You could call in 5 times with the same question and get 5 totally different answers.. Call up and see if they offer the new SG7 ...

This phone is extremely short on usable memory... Almost worthless.. But, I love it.. Don't plan on using more than one application at a time..

Actually... VZW does not make the phones and is under no obligation to replace them.. After 7 V710's, I was told repeatedly there were no issues with the phone and that it would not be replaced anymore... After numerous calls to customer service, they sold me the LG8100 at 25% off... I paid with that discount $399.00... Needed a working phone.. Just to find I could have paid retail at $299.00... Then a call to customer service said, I ...

Canceling before terms will cost not only your first born... But also your Dodge Charger and both bank accounts... I guess this is one way to have high customer retention...

and if you notice the phones boxes are a bit different too. some of the v276 boxes don't even have vzw's branding on them they are powder ...

It's all about big profit... And locking the customer in with huge cancellation fees.. VZW makes a profit on every aspect of their service including the phones... They are not loosing money on the phones... I like the coverage.. Is VZW Great.. No... Are they good.. No... They are Just OK... But better than the other giants... Sprint - Pretty Crappy Service... Based on their attitude... Always will be... Cingular - Is making a strong run for their money... ...

I have had several Motocrapola's... All sucked, like the kyocera's..
Since the V4 update... My MP3's are extremely loud.. Have to turn the volume down at work.. Since the update, my call volume has been better and more stable... Better than my V710... Bluetooth on the other hand still sucks... Minor static and only about a 5 foot range... My v710 had about a 40 foot range..
Battery life is better with the update too.. Not much, but better... Of all ...
