Yeah well I have worked all the way up..... for 4-6 months walking up the chain. My next step WILL BE DAN MEAD!!!! I have contacted all regional presidents on the East Coast.
started with floor sales rep, then customer service, then area manager, then regional manager, one of the biggest headaches I have had to deal with. Now it is just stupid!!!! How do you take a perfectly happy customer and turn them into a raging bull??? Man ...
