That is just one more reason why Verizon has a very low churn rate. They take care of thier customers :)

The best thing for Cingular to do would be lower its price to match t-mobile. They have no business trying to charge what verizon does.

When I go to the mall on Saturday and walk by the cingular kiosk the cingy sales rep damn near yell out, what's you got, what's you got. Even if you walk by them five minutes later there be another one, who's your provider, who's your provider. What kind of ghetto practice is this? Is this the only way cingular can get customers?
