Best Bluetooth Earpiece
I know everyone has a different opinion on this question but I have certain requirements and am looking for a new earpiece.
I have a hearing problem and need either a earpiece with very loud volume or one that plugs right into the ear canal so that I can hear clearly.

Spam Filtering
I do not use a sever to forward my email to my Blackberry but rather have my pop3 mail account forward my email. That really offers one major problem, I am not able to control the amount of spam that my pop3 account forwards. I know that they use a spam filter but I still get much more spam than I want.

Increasing quality of coverage within my home
I just switched from Verizon to Cingular (my company made that decision for me). I got the Blackberry 7100G and find it a great phone. Only problem, I get mediocar coverage inside my house. I agree with you that the Audiovox Phone could be great but even with a Bluetooth headset, I was not able to hear voices loud enough to make the phone work. I returned my phone and have gone on looking for the "Perfect PHone."

I don't think so. Audiovox sent me out a step byb step instruction sheet telling how to do the procedure. I followed it to the letter. I returned the VX6600 the very next day.

I tried to contact Blackberry but was told that they do not sell direct and that I have to go through a Carrier (Cingular or T-Mobile) to buy the phone.

I am looking for a Blackberry 7100g. I know that they are available from Cingular for a Business customer but I an not a business customer. You are right the 7100 series currently are GSM, but they are really a phone with a Blackberry built in while your device the 7250 or the 7750 is really a Blackberry with a phone built in. They are much smaller and do a lot more then either Blackberry that Verizon offers.

I know that there is a lot of speculation as to the availability of new phones. Specifically, I am looking for a Blackberry 7100 series. I do not want the old, clunky, Blackberry 7250 that just came out under Verizon. The Blackberry 7100 is shaped like a phone and the voice characteristics are great. It was not a bad batch. It was the entire lot of VX6600s. I just got off the phone with Audiovox, there is a known problem with the volume, both ringer volume and also earpiece volume and the software fix that they just put out doesn't fix the problem.
Bluetooth with Audiovox XV6600
I just bought the new Audiovox XV6600 and installed the new ROM upgrade (software fix). I also bought a Motorola Bluetooth Earpiece from Verizon. It works great when I have an incoming call but I can't get it to Voice Dial. I know that some phone have this capability but can I dial out using Voice Dial with my new phone.

Hidden Bugs I can understand but what is the first thing you check on a new phone, voice characteristics (Including acceptable volume on the ear piece) and ringer sound. I was told by the Verizon Store (after they called Audiovox) that the software Upgrade was a fix for bluetooth only. It makes me feel really funny that I want to go out and spend over $600 for a new phone and then have to fix it before it will work. Am I wrong???

I have tried two Blackberry models from Verizon in the past and found that both of them have terrible sound (Voice) qualities. The Verizon network was great and email was quickly available throughout the entire United States (most areas).

I am thinking about buying a Blackberry and using it with Verizon. I have been told by several friends that the voice quality of a Blackberry is not nearly as good as it is for most standard cell phones.
