Hey, all companies have its faults. Its the natural division between doing well for the shareholders and the consumers. However, insinuating that a company is doing something to interfere with customers ignition systems is a stretch

I didnt' think about removing the phone from the account completely. I wonder if the indirect portal for myverizon would be a better way to remove the phone from the account so the customer could do whatever they want with the device...

I'm not 100% sure about the back end of things, i suspect it has something to do with our indirect agreement, but we have never been charged back from upgrading a line and then doing an ESN change. As far as it works on our end, as long as the contract dates remain the same and we don't process a return (i.e. calling COOS or doing that newfangled thing in eRoes) we get paid.

Screw all of that

Come into one of my stores and i'll take care of the entire process for you with zero hassles and i high level of competency. Just because this guy has run into a couple of bad apples doesn't mean we all are. You won't save a lick of money by upgrading an iPhone online and i've done this process hundreds of times with nary an error. Why risk screwing something up when you can get a trained professional ...

the interest in smartphones has been dwindling for a long time now. Just because you need one doesn't mean that the majority needs one. There will no longer be a large amount of keyboarded phones in the market place because there is no demand for them. Business are not around to give you a choice, they exist to turn a profit. The Droid 4 is still the leader of the pack when it comes to keyboarded phones, ...

what you're getting at, but let me explain my point. The Rezound has a similar hand feel as the 5. Tall narrow hd screen, LTE, the most advanced android, and a lot of similar features. they remind me a lot of each other looking at the two of them casually

Honestly

decent build quality thats for sure. iOS6 doesn't seem like a big change. None of the new features knock my socks off, but most of them are functional. iOS6 maps is horrible. Phone is the same size as an incredible 4G basically and feels the exact same in the hand. Edges seem a little sharp but i'm sure a case would fix that. It just seems like just another phone to me. I don't think its trolling though. I DID save a SMB account about $100 a month by switching them to a SE plan. They did lose their unlimited data, but the price savings more than made up for it. SE plans are not quite for everybody. They work out extremely well for some, though

SGIII is the best selling phone in the world right now. I think android is doing just fine.
