You know something I do not know every one keeps saying how one provider is better than the other. Lets get one thing straight people....Customers are dealing with businesses first and foremost. These companies are in the business to make money plain and simple. Another thing to consider....when one company comes out with something that defines them ie cingular's rollover mins, nextel ptt, etc etc you can always be certain that the other cellular providers will come up with ...

T-mobile has a weaker network than Cingular has. I dont know if you are in a major under a Tmob cell tower etc. I have spoken to many a person that have had Tmob service and have said it sucks! Including my relatives.

You know something people....to everyone complaining about aws customers getting the short end of the stick and cingular sticking it to aws customers. The name of the merged company is....oh my gosh...CINGULAR WIRELESS....imagine that. The merger wasnt so much of a merger than a buyout/sellout. Aws in its current form has/will cease to exist. It is expected that a company as large as this is expected to have lawsuits on a continual basis. The same is true for cingular as well.

My go dyou are still going on about something that happened in 2002? You must hold a grudge a very long time i.e. 2+ years....holding a grudge for that long is not healthy. Ive been wanting to discuss this for some time now. I dont understand why in the beginning "we" were not forcing customers to switch to cingular, yet everyday that goes by it seems like something has changed and the only way to get anywhere and to resolve an issue with equipment or rateplan is to migrate a customer to cingular. I feel that this is really unecessary and if cingular really wanted to do this the right way and ...

Here is my list of favorite primetime cartoons 5. Aqua Teen Hunger Force 4. Simpsons 3. Futurama 2. Family Guy 1. South Park Thats my story and Im sticking to it. i know this may get blasted by everyone, however I find that over time simpsons and futrama do get boring. If you really think about it family guy is a funnier bastardizied version of the simpsons, so there! South Park you cant compare to anything, so what the kids are foul mouthed just think ...

I just had a customer on the line whining about who his phone display doesnt light up when the phone turns on (LG 4015). Gave him his options and started to get him to migrate to CSE and then all of a sudden it was like F*** this, Ive been on the phone all morning :cry: (Cry me a damn river!) ...

If you are buying them from distributors and you are wanting an "in" ask the friggin distributors how they are doing it, Im sure one of them may eventually tell you how they go about doing it. :roll:

I actually have a problem with this one as well. 39,000 people out millions of customers for the major wireless providers.....come on now. I really dont care for surveys anyway. The reason is that some people are biased and may have had a bad day.

I never stated that they would be back as the same company as they were before, I simply stated that ATT Wireless will be back, learn how to read. The confusing thing will be when AT&T offers AT&T wireless service using Sprint's network (can anyone say brand confusion?) or whoever they decide to go with. Thanks for your 2 pennies though

Why does it seem like this time of the year brings out the worst in people? I mean I cant believe people think that because they have been with a company for a long time that they are entitled to be given the world by that company. Lets explain it this way something real easy for everyone to comprehend....say you have cable TV and you have this service for many years...and you pay bills religiously on time all the ...

I have noticed something very disturbing on this forum and in most of the threads. I would assume that most of the people that post in here are adults and are above childishness.I find it very unprofessional to start name calling someone because you do not agree with their point of view. Honestly look at what the other person is saying and understand what they are trying to say. It is stupid to insult a customer (especially their intelligence) ...

sorry to say debit that aws is not dead and never will be. As a matter of fact AT&T will be taking the name back after a 6 month period and using the name AGAIN! get your facts straight before you start spouting off.

You know when are people going to read the terms and conditions of a contract? It clearly states (and this goes for all carriers) that coverage IS NOT available in all areas. You know what its really a shame that you cant get service where you need it (ie lewisville, TN). Also the issue with not having the 900 Mhz band on your phone. Again when are customers going to understand that wireless providers DO NOT manufactuer phones? Perhaps ...
