I do not think they are the same thing. The Mobile Phone Management tool I bought, it came with hundreds FREE RINGTONES & WALLPAPERS, and it is not only for multimedia purposes, it also allow me to edit my contacts, edit videos (Pix'n tune CAN'T do it)...etc. :D

It's called Mobile Phone Management Tool if I am not wrong... it is for V3c and I am sure of it.

COMPUSA has it! I bought one for myself, the model's MA-8870 mobile phone management tool. There is a 800 manufacturer number in the package if you need any help. The customer service is very friendly! :)

I found it!!!! The compUSA store in 420 5th Ave. Between 5th and 37th, Manhattan. They have models for Motorola and Sanyo! I am a lucky one! :D

Well,I would not compare music qualify in between cellular phone and stereo because these are 2 different things. But if you compare it with the music or MP3 that you download from Internet to your cellular, this Handset Manager software really turn my cellular to a multimedia cellular phone. In fact, there is no other data kit can do such thing especially to cellular yet. (with the 100% original MP3 quality) Thanks.

Hi, anyone knows where I can purchase handset manager software (data cable included) for Nextel i860? My friend shows it to me, this cell phone data kit (by MobileAction) provides contact management, wallpaper, image, and video download or upload, ringtone and Java game, and also charging feature. Also, in the software comes with free ringtone and wallpapers!Can anyone tell me where I can buy one of this for my Nextel phone? I really want it badly. Thank you.

Handset manager software only works with hardware provided by Mobile Action. I believe it is for protecting their software. I think the hardware from Mobile action also works on other brand software though.(but not 100% sure) :)

yeah, make sure your phone's memory space is big enough before you do anything, or it will damage your phone though...HandsetManager is offering MP3 clip function that means you can even cut and select the part you like to upload to the phone and set as a ringer.

Are you talking about Handset Manager from Mobile Action Tech? This is the subject that my friends talking about these days. I just order one for myself. I can't wait to try the mp3 feature too! I also order 1 Nokia 6230 kit for my boyfriend because we both are mp3 ringers lovers.

If you download software from the internet, there are many computer bugs with the software, and it might not work with your data cable. Why don't you purchase a Handset Manager (powered by Mobile Action)? It comes with all the features you need! Plus the price is very resonable and nice.

Why not purchase a Handset Manager from Mobile Action? You will get hundreds ringtone and polyphonic ringtone (come with the package), also you can compose your own ringtone if you want...dont miss this great product. :)

The software also let you to change the ringtone to hundreds different musical instruments. I believe this is the right product you are looking for your phone.

I purchased Handset Manager instead of DataPilot. Handset Manager has more features and also the price is resonable.Perhaps you should consider Handset Manager?

As being one of Motorola phone's lover, I want to share my great experience with ya! HandsetManager is really perfect for Motorola phones! You can backup/sync/edit phonebook,sync calendar with outlook/outlook express, create/edit polyphonic ringer or mp3 music,file transfer management...etc. I think it is just excellent for Motorola phones, even better than the original PC tool. I want to share my great experience with you,the MA8630 works excellent for my Nokia 6230! Mobile Action's MA8870 and MA-700 bluetooth works just perfect for Razr. You should consider it if you own a Razr. :)

I heard it from my cousin, Handset Manager from Mobile Action tech. company has solutions for NEXTEL i860/i830/i730, but I do not know what feature they offer, but pretty much they have phone book data transfer feature though.

yeah, you can not just go to their web site to download the program, it has to work with mobile action's hardware (data cable). I try to download the program from their web site, and use the data cable I purchase from e-bay, it does not work. However, after I use mobile action's data cable, it works fine with their handset manager software!

I use this thing to change my wallpaper too! =)

I use Handset Manager data transfer suite to change my VX7000's wallpaper too. Also, I can upload new ringers to my phone and change the ringers with 128 different instruments....and it only cost me 29 plus shipping... by the way, the model number I have is 8052p.
