This phone has had FCC approval since 10/30/2008 according to the link. I have had a Napoleon test model since 12/19/2008 but they never will go into production. This information was provided to me straight from the engineer who designed the phone and worked at the Parsippany NJ, Motorola division which has now been closed.

Motorola Napoleon lives, still on track for a Verizon release?
Feb 25, 2009, 9:38 PM

The Napoleon is the upcoming addition to the Q9 series of Motorola that will be available from Verizon. It is a hybrid device, meaning that it’ll boost both GSM and CDMA connectivity. To be more precise, the Napoleon will utilize a dual-band CDMA and a quad-band GSM support, which makes it a good alternative for the Samsung Saga. Its other features are pretty standard for a smartphone actually, including a QVGA display, 2-megapixel camera and Wi-Fi. What's very interesting ...

The documentation is not good on the Krave. The little icon to the right of the contact is for one touch dialing however you won't find that feature in the manual. Most people therefore just tap the name on the list and hit from the sublist. Sending your whole contact list by Bluetooth to Outlook is another undocumented feature.
