Hmmm not totally Unlimited..Once the customer’s Web usage exceeds the Data Speed Reduction Threshold (2 or 5BG ) , the customer’s speed is reduced to (at most) 50 kbps (comparable to dial-up). $20 is not bad at all. Let's just cross our fingers & Rate Plan Prices increase since according to terms of service #6 they reserve the right to increase price at any moment they see fit. (If that happends then you will be able to cancel without ...

Agree. When a company stars cutting corners & offer low quality products us customers notice. Remember my first devices were Nokia & phones would not die. Somewhere around 2007-2010 phones had mayor issues. Nokia has failed to offer Top of the line devices (Although I like N Series) . No Android OS plattform has affected company big time.

My biggest problem is Internet Speed is almost always slow (100-200 kbps) on average. Only when I get home (I have an Airaive) I get a good connection & Awsome internet speeds (1.5 mbps).

The Most common Plan $50 Unlim Talk & Text & Data which only includes 100 m/b. Once the customer’s Web usage exceeds the Data Speed Reduction Threshold, the customer’s speed is reduced to (at most) 50 kbps (comparable to dial-up).

I have been a Sprint customer for about 10 years now but as of recent the service in P.R has changed for the bad. Dropped calls, sms messages do not arrive & slowwwwww internet speed. When I call customer care they indicate there are no issues whatsoever. Anybody with some inside info will be apreciated
