Yeah, it just keeps getting better and better... The long time sales people are getting hosed. Here, we got under performing RWCs that have been written up, on improvement plans, and never come out to help customers and aren't even at half their sales quota for the month.
THESE sales people are rewarded with their weekends off and normal days off.

The D.O. has been changed to accommodate the recent "firing squad" initiative that US Cell is taking on tenured employees. Associate Satisfaction now Passion? So, if you're having a bad time or down on sales, you must not be passionate.. bye, see ya. Because if you had passion, you'd be hitting your numbers, or you'd be willing to work when we need you.

Not only that, but, when you've been with the company for SO long and this is the way its been.. now, within a month its all changed. I was hired with every other weekend off. I have vacations, social life, and family I count on those weekends off. When I look into the future and don't see any weekends off for months. Thats REALLY F'N discouraging. Sure, I get every other Sunday.... maybe. ...

Just got the message yesterday that I will no longer get Saturdays off. Trying for every other Sunday though. yay.
