From what I've noticed, the people who claim they're in the biggest hurry are also the ones who talk/take the longest. I'm tempted to tell them, as I'm sure you are, "If you'd just shut your d*mn mouth, we'd be done by now!!!"

If things don't start changing around here, the same thing will happen at my location as well!!

No thanks! I work for The Signal, also owned by Assurant...I had 80 calls yesterday and most of them were claims, I think that's plenty!

These are usually the same people who demand you answer their questions but are so pissed they don't give you a chance to. They can run out of breath and pass out for all I care! :D

Exactly. You may not have been told by a rep that you have to pay a deductable, but if you read the sh*t they gave you then you'd know! I'm soooo sick of these ghetto ass people who call in and ask for their claim number before they answer any questions...

Yes! The best customer is one that shuts the hell up and listens to what the rep says. If they closed their sh*t filled mouths, the question they just asked would've been answered before they even asked it!! And yess, even tho you pay for "in-show-wance" on your phone, you DO HAVE TO PAY A "Da-duck-ta-ble" to get it replaced.

came up with the saying "the customer is ALWAYS right", I haven't heard of a more inacurate saying in my life. P.S. you should die

I called the TeleSales department and the woman I spoke to said she could waive the activation fees and sign me up for the employer discount. She also said she would call me at 11 this morning....that never happened so I'm not sure what to believe. Instead of waiting for an expected phone call, and then another wait to recieve the phone via mail, I went into a local store to get one. The guy who ...

Very valid point....I'd rather go to Sprint than AT&T though. I've heard nothing but bad things about them (sorry to anyone who has AT&T). I guess there's a reason they only have one store in our area. I'd prefer Verizon, but for some reason they can't have any stores in this area and local numbers cannot be ported

How can you apply for a monthly discount online? Also, the prices online are higher than the bill estimate the store rep gave me the other day

I was told by the rep in the store that for the first month, they would use the credit union discount to waive the activation fees and then switch to my employer discount to get %17 off the bill monthly. Is this correct/possible?

Is it worth the fees?

I've been thinking long and hard lately about switching to Sprint to get the iPhone 4S. I currently have US Cellular and the service is just fine. I've actually had Sprint in the past, but where I lived at the time the service was terrible. I stopped in at the local Sprint store earlier this week and found out a few things: -If I switch, my activation fees will be waived because I'm a member of a ...
