I bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 from T-mobile full price. (Just don't trust Craigslist) But take that phone to Straight talk. In the store Straight talk sells flip phones that run on Verizon and Android phones that run on Sprint. (At least in my area, Indiana.) But if you get on Straight talk's site you can pay $15 for a T-mobile SIM card that supports their 4g, you now have a 4g t-mobile phone running with a 4g t-mobile ...

That's what I meant about bending over backwards for the iPhone. Do you know how many people call in for their upgrade. I tell them they are eligible in like 6 months but if they want I can do an Android phone now...and possibly free and they tell me no? One day a lady responded with, but why would I want to downgrade!?!?!?!

He was asking for me as he is a T-mobile user and I am a virgin mobile user. I've never had any issues with calls or texts with Virgin, but the data is HORRIBLE. (I average about 240kbps as he is running over 3000 easily in the same call center building.) These notations about sum it up. Cci and wanted to get help with his phone not being activated. Cust read error, which stated "Please connect to iTunes, if you still cannot activate, please call Apple support." Advised customer to please connect to iTunes, if he still cannot activate it, to please call Apple support.

I thought, AT&T's Tablet policy, was 14 days to return/exchange the device AND remain a customer but if you wanted to return it and cancel the service completly you still had 30 days?

It is so terrible. I can't stand it. Makes it worse when you are trying to go through the last couple bills and then they switch back to the old format and then your trying to cross info from one format to another. :evil:

It's actually gotten bad enough here that I tell them that if the upgrade/activation fee came from the store's system we cannot waive it in customer care and that only the store can do so. We are never supposed to waive those fees unless the customer has an agreement on their account saying they can have it removed. If the store is going to say that we will remove it, that is a lie.
