I've been calling in this carrier repeatedly trying to get customers info. The US agenst aren't helping me, but the overseas agents are. They're actually helping me get other customers info so I can call the customer to start getting more info from them.

Thus it is sometimes possible to summon particular ads by typing words and/or phrases that trigger a related ad.

Is it possible to display the less than and greater than symbols used for HTML code on this site in a message? I understand that you can use them unattached from anything, such as Star Wars > Star Trek, but what if I want to teach somebody how to use HTML and I don't want to use brackets in place of less than/greater than symbols?

Yep, I had the same problem. Some customers were rational and calmed down after I explained that cell phone sales are very competitive, and because the corporate locations were flat out much more expensive than us, they resorted to shady sales tactics like lying about their competitors.
On many occassions, I was able to get the customer to call the corporate carrier and report their experience. But on many others, the customers refused to believe me and I lost ...
Also,
please stop lying to our customers by telling them we sell refurbished phones. If we sell you a refurb, you're damn well going to know about it considering the packaging and the steep discount.
