I think service call centers hire a lot of college kids who are only in it for extra cash and really don't care about the service they provide. The turn overrate in call centers is pretty high also. I'm not excusing the person your wife talked with but it coulda been someone new and don't know all the ins and outs of T-Mobile. I've done call center work before and the training is usually only 2 ...

I have been all over the internet looking for an OEM Black Faceplate. I got my Nokia 3220 from Cingular and they put a silver/blue faceplate on it. I see that T-Mobile put a black/blue faceplate on theirs and I like that better. It's so weird that I can't find anywhere to buy it. I've only found in the UK and I would have to pay 38 something dollars for it and that NOT including ...
