Listen to the prompts people, quit button mashing, calm down and listen actively. Not that hard... and for spanish speaking customers it very clearly states "Para espanol marke el numero dos"
IVR's are there for a reson to get you to the correct dept! jeezzzzzz

The customer that calls in to cancel their spouses account because they just passed away.
I never know what to say to these people, you can hear it in their voice that their holding their greif in and all I want to do is find them and give them a big hug, these calls break my heart.

How many times a day do you get a buzz on your line and its "______, from customer care and I have a customer who wants to upgrade/ add a line/ buy an accessory" and then when you get the customer on the phone its "Um... No! I wanted to pay my bill."
