I would like to know is it only my phone that is messing up when i use the phone the backlight stays on is it normal i try changing the backlight but it only goes off for only 30 seconds when not in use

i wouldnt have to pay that much such as activation fee, phone and all the other types of bullshit that happens when you sign up
